Beyond Forgiveness Meditation

Forgiveness implies that someone has damaged us in some way. We were weak and the person damaged us. There is a level beyond that where we just see perfection. These exercises will help you.

Beyond Self Forgiveness

Every person on Earth has held negative visions of themselves and other people.

Every person on Earth has tried to bring someone down in some way.

Let's let go of the guilt right now.

After long and careful study, I've concluded that:

It's not our "bad" actions that bring us down. Our judgements about ourselves and our judgements about our actions bring us down.

This is not a license to damage. As we progress, we see the tremendous value in others. We help them have a better life experience. We can even make their lives better without having to do anything. Simply seeing their perfection can do wonders.

What Now?

Please keep doing these exercises on a regular basis. As you progress, you'll have success doing these exercises on your own. However, there might be times when you find it helpful to return to the audios.

These exercises will eliminate or reduce the negative effect that the other person or people have on your feelings and your life. But the question is "Do you have to keep hanging around with a person who keeps trying to bring you down?"

It is absolutely certain that you need to isolate yourself from any threats to physical survival. If someone threatens your physical well being, you need to hit the road NOW. Or you need to get them to hit the road NOW.

If you don't have to handle threats to physical survival, you might like to give these exercises a little time to see if they resolve the situation for you. If not, you'll want to arrange your life so that you have less contact with the abusive person.

Your life experience depends on it.

Jim, Deceptively simple but profound. I started with this one and then found others and your website, Meditation Vacations.

I found the information there interesting, valuable, and generously given.

I've told many friends of this video. I'll let them discover more of your work from here, as I did, if they choose. I'll not try to force feed them, although I did them a heads up for this as starting point.

I've been around the block with meditation stuff, and this is just the best! -- Obfsteve on YouTube

I am a beginner in meditation and even though I'm Hindu, when i try to concentrate on "Ohm" I cannot fully concentrate because of much other thoughts but with this method I was able to easily concentrate. - Nisargp
